Received bank details from any other address? Stop and verify on WhatsApp (+66 93 656 8090) before transferring. Always quote your invoice number, booking reference and passenger or company name.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit & debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), international bank transfers, local bank transfers to the currency accounts above, Airwallex payment links, and selected digital payment methods subject to availability.
Can I pay in my local currency?
Yes — dedicated receiving accounts in HKD, USD, EUR, GBP, AED, CAD, AUD and ILS let you transfer locally and avoid unnecessary exchange fees. Card payments via Airwallex may also offer local-currency options; conversion rates are set by your bank or card provider.
What reference should I include with a bank transfer?
Always quote your invoice number, booking reference, and passenger or company name — this lets the accounts team identify and allocate your payment quickly.
Will I receive a payment confirmation?
Yes. Once your payment completes, a confirmation email and/or WhatsApp notification is sent to you, and vouchers release as soon as funds reconcile.
Is my booking confirmed immediately after payment?
Not always. Confirmation is subject to successful payment receipt, supplier availability verification and reservation processing. A final confirmation voucher is issued once all requirements are completed.
What happens if availability changes after I pay?
Travel inventory is dynamic. If a selected service becomes unavailable before confirmation, we offer alternatives or process a refund according to our refund policy.
