- What to bring: swimwear worn under clothes, sunscreen, sunglasses and a dry bag — towels and snorkelling gear are provided on board
- Cancellation: more than 72h before departure only a 10% set-up fee is deducted; 24–72h, 50% refunded; under 24h or no-show, no refund
- Outside food and drink is for private charters only (corkage THB 3,000/bottle); on the join-in cruise everything is provided on board
- Always follow the captain's instructions; wear a life jacket while swimming or snorkelling, and never jump into the sea while the yacht is cruising or from the tender
- No smoking or drinking inside national parks; cigarettes, cigars and vapes are for open areas only — never in the cabins
- Cannabis, drugs and weapons are strictly prohibited and carry fines (and police reporting) under Thai law
- Please don't touch the DJ equipment or take HYPE towels onto the beach; lost or damaged snorkelling gear is chargeable
- Guardians are responsible for minors on board at all times

The shared join-in day cruise is THB 8,500 per person — the gross selling price you quote your clients — with an optional VIP cabin for the day at +THB 4,000 or the master suite at +THB 5,000. A full-day private charter of the whole yacht is THB 99,000 for up to 8 guests, with extra guests at THB 2,000 per person and additional navigation hours at THB 10,000 per hour. National park entrance fees are paid separately.
Where does the HYPE Yacht go?
It depends on the season. From 15 November to 16 April the join-in cruise runs to the Phi Phi Islands — Maya Bay, Maya Beach, Pi Leh Lagoon and Monkey Beach, with a sunset sail home. From 17 April to 14 November it cruises Phang Nga Bay — Koh Hong Island, Koh Hong Lagoon and Koh Lao Lading. Private charters typically take the Phang Nga route: Panak Island sea caves, Hong Island, James Bond Island and Koh Naka Yai.

For overnight charters she sleeps 6 across the master suite, VIP cabin and twin room — quoted on request.
What are the cancellation terms and how does payment work?
More than 72 hours before departure, only a 10% set-up fee is deducted; between 24 and 72 hours, 50% is refunded; within 24 hours or a no-show, no refund applies. You pay Explera against a written quotation — bank transfer in eight currencies or secure card — and receive confirmed vouchers.
