Are these rates net to the trade?
Yes. Every figure on these pages is a published guide rate, net and non-commissionable, shown with a basis line stating exactly what it covers and for how many people. Your binding rate comes back in writing against your dates and final pax count.
Can a package be changed?
Almost always. These are starting frames, not fixed departures — swap a hotel category, add nights, change the touring, or run the same programme at group volume. It stays on one quotation and one invoice.
What is the minimum party size?
Two adults on most programmes. Where a package carries a group-departure element, the page says so and explains which parts are private and which are shared — that shared basis is what holds the rate.
Do you sell direct to travellers?
No. Explera works with travel agencies, tour operators, OTAs and MICE planners only. Your client relationship stays yours; we never contact the traveller outside the service we are delivering for you.
What if the programme we want is not listed?
Send the dates, the pax and the shape of the trip. Most of what we operate never becomes a fixed package, and a tailored itinerary is quoted on the same net rates as anything on this page.
