We arrange the ground logistics around a client's trip — accommodation, transfers, appointment-coordination and support — while all clinical decisions, diagnosis and treatment remain strictly between the client and their independently chosen medical provider.
Can Explera recommend a specific hospital, clinic or doctor?
We don't broker or recommend individual medical providers. Most clients arrive with their treatment plan and provider already confirmed directly with the clinic; Explera's role begins there, building the travel, stay and logistics program around the dates the provider sets.
What does Explera actually arrange for a medical tourism trip?
Airport meet-and-greet and private transfers timed to appointments, recovery-appropriate accommodation, interpreter and companion-travel logistics, visa and extension guidance, and a single 24/7 coordinator managing the stay from arrival through discharge and departure.
How is a travelling companion or family member looked after?
