Who can invest with Explera?
Private individuals and companies, Thai or international, subject to due diligence and the availability of a suitable project. This is not a public offering — each opportunity is discussed individually and proceeds only under a signed, project-specific agreement.
What is the minimum investment?
It varies by project. Transportation participation starts from roughly 1.2 million THB per vehicle; property joint ventures and leasebacks are scoped per asset. Exact figures are documented in the term sheet you receive after the discovery call.
How are returns paid out?
Per your agreement: fixed rental income or a share of operating profit, paid by bank transfer on the documented schedule — or reinvested into the next project if you prefer. Returns are indicative, not guaranteed, and vary by project.
What security stands behind the investment?
Investments are asset-backed: vehicles and properties are insured and operated under Explera’s management, and agreements are structured to align with applicable Thai SEC and BOI requirements. You review all documentation — with your own advisors — during due diligence.
Can foreign investors participate in Thai vehicles or property?
Yes — structures such as leasebacks and joint ventures are designed to accommodate international investors within Thai law. The right structure depends on the asset class and your situation; it is covered in due diligence with your independent legal advisor, as Explera does not provide legal or tax advice.
How do I exit the investment?
Exit terms are defined per project before signing — typical horizons, divestment mechanics and buyback provisions where agreed. Your relationship manager handles the process when the time comes.
