Tomorrowland Thailand sold out in under an hour on 7 March 2026 — around 150,000 tickets gone — which means the advice every agent was given six months ago is now obsolete. The job is no longer "diarise the on-sale". It is handling the client who has a ticket and needs everything around it, and being straight with the client who does not. This guide from a Thailand DMC for travel agents covers what has been confirmed since the sale, the dates and access reality at Wisdom Valley, how a client actually reaches the site during the festival, and how to make the three days work.

The dates, and what has been confirmed since
Tomorrowland Thailand runs Friday 11 to Sunday 13 December 2026 at Wisdom Valley, Khao Mai Kaew, Bang Lamung District, Chonburi — near Pattaya, roughly two hours from Bangkok's airports. It is the brand's first full-scale Asian edition, staged under the theme CONSCIENCIA.
The full line-up was revealed on 23 June 2026 and is deep: Swedish House Mafia, Martin Garrix, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Afrojack, Steve Aoki, Alok, Alan Walker, Lost Frequencies, Artbat, R3HAB, Netsky and many more across the weekend. Reporting has consistently described six stages, including the Mainstage and the CORE and FREEDOM concepts appearing in Asia for the first time, with attendance in the region of 50,000 a day. Stage counts and line-up details have moved once already, so reconfirm against the organiser before you put any of it in a client document.
The ticket position, stated plainly
Tickets sold out through official channels within the first hour of the worldwide sale on 7 March 2026, after demand across every phase including the early-access and hotel-package releases. There is no honest way to promise a ticket to a client who does not already hold one.
Say that clearly rather than softly. The risk here is not a disappointed client — it is a client who goes looking on their own and buys from an unauthorised reseller, and arrives in Chonburi in December with something that does not scan. Direct anyone still hunting to official channels only, and be explicit that an agency cannot underwrite a ticket bought anywhere else.

There is no DreamVille — and that changes the whole file
This is the fact most likely to catch out a client who knows Tomorrowland from Belgium. The Thailand edition has no DreamVille camping. Accommodation is hotel-based, with official packages bundling rooms and shuttle transfers to the site.
Commercially, that is the whole reason this festival is an agent's product rather than a self-serve one. Every attendee needs a bed, needs to get to a field in Bang Lamung and back at two in the morning for three consecutive nights, and needs the surrounding days filled. A camping festival absorbs all of that internally; a hotel-based one does not.
Where to put the client, and why position decides the weekend
Proximity to the shuttle network matters more than proximity to the site on a map. Na Jomtien and South Pattaya sit on the useful side of the congestion that builds through central Pattaya, and hotels there have the most direct access to the shuttle routes. North Pattaya and Jomtien Beach are perfectly good beds that become long journeys twice a day in festival traffic.
Expect compression across all of it. A three-day festival drawing tens of thousands a day into one coastal strip, with the majority of visitors expected from overseas, takes Chonburi accommodation to a place it does not normally go in December. Anything not already held is a conversation, not a booking — see our Tomorrowland package guide for how we have structured ours.

How a client actually reaches the site
Not by taxi at 2am, hopefully. The realistic options are the official shuttle attached to a hotel package, a dedicated coach on a private file, or a pre-arranged private vehicle with a driver holding for the night. Ride-hailing works in Pattaya on an ordinary evening; it is not what you plan around when fifty thousand people leave a field simultaneously.
Plan arrivals into Thailand with slack. Suvarnabhumi to Pattaya is about two hours in normal traffic and materially longer in festival week, and a same-day connection from a long-haul arrival straight into a festival evening is the file that goes wrong. Build a night in first — either Bangkok or on the coast — and let the client arrive at the gate rested. Our own fleet handles the late returns that ordinary supplier vehicles will not commit to.
How to make the three days actually work
Treat it as three late nights, not one big one, because that is what breaks people. A client who goes hard on Friday is not enjoying Sunday. Build a slow morning into every day, keep the daytime programme light — beach, spa, a long lunch — and resist selling excursions into the middle of the weekend.
Then extend either side rather than through the middle. The festival ends on a Sunday; the natural shape is a few recovery nights on an island or a couple of days in Bangkok before flying, and that is where the file's real value sits. Koh Samui and the Andaman coast both work as the second leg, and December weather is on your side for either.
What the ground partner carries on a festival file
The things that are not on any website. Which hotels are genuinely on the shuttle routes rather than claiming to be, what the road situation is on the night, which drivers will actually wait until 3am, and what to do when a client loses a phone or a wristband at two in the morning two hours from their hotel. That is the everyday substance of Thailand DMC services for travel agents: directly contracted accommodation in the right position, transport on our own vehicles built around the late finishes, and a desk that answers at 3am because that is when festival files need answering.
It is also where a Thailand DMC should tell you when something is not obtainable instead of taking the booking and hoping. Tickets are gone; rooms in the right position are going. See how we work with agents in your source market, and our original Tomorrowland briefing for the background.
Frequently asked questions
When and where is Tomorrowland Thailand?
Friday 11 to Sunday 13 December 2026 at Wisdom Valley in Khao Mai Kaew, Bang Lamung District, Chonburi — near Pattaya and roughly two hours from Bangkok's airports. It is the first full-scale Tomorrowland edition in Asia, staged under the theme CONSCIENCIA.
Can we still get tickets for a client?
Not through official channels. The worldwide sale on 7 March 2026 sold out in under an hour, with around 150,000 tickets gone. Anyone still searching should be pointed at official channels only — an agency cannot stand behind a ticket bought from an unauthorised reseller, and a ticket that does not scan in December is a far worse outcome than a client who was told no in August.
Is there camping like Tomorrowland in Belgium?
No. There is no DreamVille at the Thailand edition. Accommodation is hotel-based, with official packages bundling rooms and shuttle transfers, which is exactly why this festival needs an agent and a ground handler rather than a booking engine.
Where should a client stay?
On the shuttle network rather than merely near the site. Na Jomtien and South Pattaya sit on the useful side of central Pattaya's congestion and have the most direct shuttle access. A room further north is a fine room and a long journey twice a day in festival traffic.
How does a client get to and from the site at night?
By official shuttle attached to a hotel package, a dedicated coach on a private file, or a pre-arranged vehicle with a driver committed to waiting. Ride-hailing is not something to plan around when a large crowd leaves a single site at once, and a long-haul arrival connecting straight into a festival evening is the shape of file that goes wrong.
How should the trip be built around the three days?
Arrive a night early, keep the daytime programme deliberately light, and extend after the festival rather than through it. Three consecutive late nights is what tires clients out, so recovery days on the coast or in Bangkok afterwards are where the file earns its value. Send your dates and pax to b2b@explera.co.th and we will shape it around the shuttle times.
Holding a Tomorrowland file? Talk to our trade desk and we will build the ground programme around the festival, not against it.
