These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Explera DMC Thailand website at explera.co.th, operated by Explera DMC Co Ltd (“Explera”, “we”, “us”). By using this site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who this site is for

Explera is a business-to-business (B2B) Thailand destination management company serving licensed travel agents, tour operators and trade partners. Content, rates and services on this site are intended for the travel trade and are not an offer of sale to consumers.

Information, rates and availability

Descriptions of destinations, services and programmes are provided for general trade information. Any rates are net trade rates made available on request, are indicative only, and are subject to availability and to written confirmation on a numbered quotation or invoice. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer until confirmed by Explera in writing.

Trade partner accounts

To access trade rates and tools you may register as a partner. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your account credentials secure, and to be responsible for activity under your account. We may verify, approve or decline registrations at our discretion.

Bookings

All bookings are governed by the specific confirmed quotation or invoice and by Explera’s applicable booking and cancellation conditions, which prevail over general website content. Payments are handled as described on our payment page.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping content at scale, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The site and its content — including text, design, logos and images — are owned by or licensed to Explera and are protected by law. You may not reproduce or redistribute site content beyond ordinary trade use without our permission.

Third-party links

The site may link to third-party sites (for example our booking portals and sister-market websites). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Explera excludes warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Bangkok have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
