Rooms and suites sit in the Beachside Estate, from 48 sqm Deluxe Rooms to two-bedroom pavilion suites for six, while the hillside pool villas stand 60–80 metres above the sea. The resort runs its own boats, a PADI dive centre and a sports centre, and the Mu Ko Lanta National Park is at the island's southern tip.

Families do best in the beachside pavilion suites and villas, because the hillside villa pools are unfenced and the hotel says they are not suitable for children under 12.
