Note added 13 September 2026. This release records the programme as announced on 19 July 2026. The track list has since changed: the Digital Marketing & Content and Multilingual Market-Support tracks are closed, and Explera is now also hiring experienced inbound B2B roles at the Bangkok head office. Six tracks, real files
Explera DMC Thailand today opened applications for its travel-industry internship program, published in full on the company's careers page. The program spans six tracks — Operations & Reservations, B2B Sales & Partnerships, Digital Marketing & Content, Multilingual Market Support, MICE & Events, and Finance & Admin — each specified with responsibilities, requirements and the exact application subject line. Interns work on live trade files alongside the operations and trade desks of a working Thailand DMC, not on simulated exercises.
Remote or in-house
Every track can be completed remotely or in-house in Bangkok — the work, mentoring and standards are the same in both formats. The company positioned the program for students and early-career candidates who want destination-management experience inside an IATA TIDS-registered (96215733) B2B operator serving overseas travel agencies across 108+ source markets.
