Read that against the Thai season and the commercial point is obvious: it opens as the cool dry season begins and closes at the end of February, covering the entire peak inbound window plus the Christmas and New Year period and Chinese New Year.
That is unusual. Most festivals an agent tries to sell are a weekend, and selling them means bending an itinerary to a date. This one is the opposite — it is a four-month standing reason to add a Bangkok night, and it fits whatever dates the client already had. The theme is Angels and Mara — the benign and the malevolent as they appear across religions and cosmologies, and the space in between. - Use rail for the modern venues. BACC sits at a BTS interchange; One Bangkok is served by the MRT. Neither should be reached by car in the evening peak.
- Do not mix the two clusters in one road transfer. The Rattanakosin temples and the Sukhumvit-Silom side of the city are a long slow drive apart at the wrong hour. Split them across two half-days or bridge them by boat and rail.
- Build the day around the heat, not the map. Temples early, indoor venues in the afternoon, river at sunset.

Do not try to see ten venues. A client who attempts the full list in two days sees ten car parks.
