The details below were reported on 29 September 2026, from the hotel's own announcement.
- Opening: 15 October 2026. It is YOTEL's 24th hotel worldwide.
- Rooms: 250, with self-service check-in, SmartBeds that convert from bed to sofa, and robots for room deliveries.
- Food and work space: KOMYUNITI, an all-day restaurant with co-working space and meeting rooms; an outdoor pool with a pool bar; a 24-hour gym; and a grab-and-go snack bar. A rooftop restaurant and bar, Fatty's, on the 23rd floor is due to open in November, after the hotel itself.
- Access: a 300-metre skywalk connects the hotel to the BTS Skytrain.
- Distribution: as part of Select by Hilton, the hotel sells through Hilton's distribution and technology platforms, and reporting on the opening says guests can use the Hilton Honors loyalty programme.
The hotel says it is aiming at travellers from China, Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia, most of them in their mid-thirties to mid-forties.
Which clients it suits
Short city stays for independent travellers. A client who wants a modern room, fast check-in and a train to the centre, and who plans to spend the day out rather than in the hotel, is the natural fit. The markets the hotel names are all short-haul, which points the same way.
Small business and creative-industry groups. Cloud 11 is built as a hub for content creators, companies and creative communities. A small group attending meetings there, or a brand team working with local creators, can stay, eat and meet in the same building.
Hilton loyalty members. For corporate clients who collect Hilton points, the Select by Hilton link may make this an easy choice. Confirm earning and redemption terms with the hotel before you promise either.
Where it fits less well. Families who want space, and first-time visitors who want to walk out of the hotel into the old city or the riverside, will usually be better placed elsewhere. What to confirm before you book
- The first weeks. New hotels often open in stages. The rooftop bar opens after the hotel, and services may still be settling in the first weeks, so set client expectations for any stay in late October.
- Room size and bed layout. Ask for the room categories and sizes, and whether twin-share configurations are available, before you quote a pair of travellers who will not share a bed.
- Journey times. Check the BTS travel time from the hotel to the places your client will actually visit, and the road time to both Bangkok airports at the hours they fly.
- Meeting space. For a group, ask for the meeting room capacities and whether they can be held for exclusive use.
