What has changed?
Time Out Bangkok reports that the festival comes back this December with a new name and concept and a new home in Khao Yai, with tickets sold at 7-Eleven and online. Khaosod English places the site near Farm Chokchai 3 at kilometre 12 of Thanarat Road, and reports that residents fear traffic jams there because the road has only one lane in each direction.
What should agents plan for?
Rooms in Khao Yai go first on a festival weekend, so hold them as soon as clients have tickets. Plan transfers around the busiest hours on Thanarat Road rather than the shortest route, and pack warm layers, because December nights in the hills are cool.
