What has been announced?
The show’s homepage gives 25 to 27 August 2027 at BITEC in Bang Na. Other pages on the same site still carry details of the 2026 edition, which ran on 19 to 21 August from 10:00 to 18:00, so treat the 2027 dates as the organiser’s current listing and reconfirm them before fixing flights.
Who can attend?
The show covers warehousing, materials handling, packaging systems, logistics IT and transport. Entry is for trade visitors only, and RX BITEC’s admission policy does not admit anyone under 15. For 2026 the organiser expected about 415 brands from 25 countries.
Where should the group stay?
BITEC is on Bang Na-Trat Road, next to BTS Bang Na station, so a hotel in Bang Na keeps the hall close, while a base on the BTS Sukhumvit line in central Bangkok gives the group the city in the evenings with a straight train ride to the show each morning.
How can a Thailand DMC help?
Because the organiser’s own pages do not yet agree on 2027, a Thailand DMC should hold rooms on flexible terms where hotels allow it until the dates settle.
