Bangkok RHVAC 2027, the trade show for refrigeration, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, is listed for BITEC in Bangkok from 1 to 3 April 2027. Explera DMC Thailand explains what agents planning cooling and refrigeration delegations can arrange now, and why the dates are worth reconfirming.
Explera handles ground arrangements as a Thailand DMC for travel agents. Its Thai company, Explera DMC Co., Ltd., holds TAT licence 14/05119, the Tourism Business Licence issued by the Department of Tourism, and the group is IATA TIDS-registered (96215733) and a member of ASTA (900408341). What has been announced for Bangkok RHVAC 2027?
The show’s official site gives 1 to 3 April 2027 at BITEC, in Halls 98 to 100, with about 20,890 square metres of exhibition space, and calls it the 15th edition. At least one third-party trade calendar lists different April dates, so treat the official site as the reference and reconfirm before fixing flights.
Who organises it?
The official site names three organisers: Thailand’s Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP), the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) and the Thai Refrigeration Association (TRA). It describes the show as ASEAN’s largest HVAC and refrigeration trade show.
Where should the group stay?
For a delegation that wants to walk to the halls, the hotels around BTS Bang Na and neighbouring Udom Suk are the closest choice. A base further in along the Sukhumvit line, around Asok or Phrom Phong, means a longer ride each morning but leaves the evenings in central Bangkok. Our Bangkok destination guide compares those areas, and our guide to Automation Thailand 2027 at BITEC covers a factory-technology show in the same halls three weeks earlier.
How can a Thailand DMC help?
Songkran falls on 13 to 15 April, ten days after the show, so a Thailand DMC should check that any extension days or factory visits are planned around the holiday, when many offices and plants close. Rooms go on hold with release dates that suit the delegation, followed by airport transfers, an interpreter for each supplier meeting and, if wanted, a plant visit after the show. Our MICE team and group travel desk hold the booking until the organisers confirm their dates.
