What has been announced for ASEE 2027?
IMPACT’s event calendar lists ASEE 2027 for 17 to 19 March in Halls 5 to 7, with Grandeur Global Group (Thailand) as the organiser. The ASEAN Wind Energy Expo (AWE) and the ASEAN Biomass Energy Expo (ABEE) share the same dates and halls, and both are listed with free admission. Opening hours have not yet been published.
What does it cover?
ASEE is a business-to-business show on smart energy and storage, with sectors that include solar photovoltaics, batteries and energy storage, and e-mobility and charging. ARHC, the ASEAN RHVAC and cleanroom expo, is also listed at IMPACT on the same dates, so one trip can cover several neighbouring sectors.
Where should the group stay?
Halls 5 to 7 are in IMPACT Exhibition Center, part of the Muang Thong Thani complex in Nonthaburi province, which has its own hotels and restaurants around the halls. Staying on site lets delegates walk to the stands each morning, whereas a central Bangkok hotel suits groups that want city evenings and accept a road transfer each day. Our Bangkok destination guide covers the central districts, and our guide to VIV Asia 2027 covers another trade show at IMPACT a week earlier in March.
How can a Thailand DMC help?
Delegations may want supplier or site visits around the show, so a Thailand DMC should fix the three show days first and keep a day free on either side. Rooms tighten in mid-March, when Aviation Festival Asia and the IB Global Conference fill QSNCC from 16 to 20 March, so we hold them early, then add Don Mueang or Suvarnabhumi transfers, a coach between hotel and halls and interpreters through our MICE team and group travel desk.
Next steps
