THAIFEX - Anuga Asia 2027, the food and beverage trade show organised by Thailand's Department of International Trade Promotion, the Thai Chamber of Commerce and Koelnmesse, runs at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani from Tuesday 25 to Saturday 29 May 2027. Explera DMC Thailand explains how agents can plan buyer and exhibitor delegations around it.

What is THAIFEX - Anuga Asia?
It is a trade fair for food and drink, food technology, catering, hospitality and retail. The show's own site lists the 2027 edition for 25 to 29 May at the IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center, with the trade days first and Saturday 29 May listed as the public day; confirm the visitor rules with the organiser before promising entry to a client.
Why plan seven months ahead?
National pavilions are already recruiting. The Spanish food and drink federation FIAB has published its call for exhibitors, and the German Pavilion has opened registration. Delegations travelling with those pavilions will need rooms and transport for the same five days, so book rooms close to IMPACT early, because a delegation's whole week runs from that hall.
What does a delegation need?
Rooms near the venue or along the expressway into the city, a daily shuttle to IMPACT, interpreters for buyer meetings and a group dinner or two; many delegations also add market or factory visits before or after the show. Our briefing on VIV Asia 2027 uses the same venue and the same playbook, and our MICE team runs the programme.
How can a Thailand DMC help?
Hotel blocks, a shuttle for each show day, guides who speak the delegation's language, and a weekend in Bangkok or on the coast once the hall closes: a Thailand DMC can run all of it as one programme. Our transport team plans the daily runs, and every other service is on our Thailand DMC services page.
