ProPak Asia 2027, the processing and packaging trade show, runs at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani on the northern edge of Bangkok from 9 to 12 June 2027, its organiser Informa Markets has announced. Explera DMC Thailand explains what agents sending buyer and supplier delegations can plan now.

What has been announced?
Informa Markets gave the 2027 dates in its closing release for the 2026 show: 9 to 12 June 2027 at IMPACT, with ASEAN Paper Bangkok and LOUPE Southeast Asia planned alongside it. The show moved from BITEC to IMPACT for its 2026 edition, so delegates who knew the old venue should plan for the new one.
Who should travel for it?
ProPak Asia covers food and drink processing, packaging machinery, materials and laboratory equipment. It suits manufacturers, brand owners and procurement teams, who usually need two or three show days and meetings with Thai suppliers.
Where is IMPACT?
IMPACT Muang Thong Thani is in Nonthaburi, just north of Bangkok and closer to Don Mueang Airport than to the city centre, so delegates often stay nearby or plan transfers around the evening traffic. Our Bangkok guide covers the city, and our briefing on THAIFEX - Anuga Asia at IMPACT covers the same venue two weeks earlier.
How can a Thailand DMC help?
Rooms near IMPACT or in the city, a coach for the show days, interpreters for supplier meetings and evening dinners: a Thailand DMC can arrange it. IMPACT is far from the centre, so we compare hotels beside the venue with city rooms plus a dedicated coach, add interpreters for supplier meetings and book group dinners. Our transport team plans the daily runs.
