What is on at the festival?
The Nation reports that more than 46 artists take turns on stage across the twelve evenings, with a programme that runs from orchestral pieces and regional Thai music to luk thung, luk krung, pop, reggae and hits from the 1970s to the 1990s. Named acts include Moderndog, Tor Saksit, Kob Songsit, Gam Wichayanee, RASMEE Isan Soul and Mocca Garden. Around the music there are art, light and interactive installations, and a smaller stage with yoga, talks and handpan sound-healing sessions. Admission is free, and organisers expect more than 60,000 visitors.

Where is Lumpini Park?
Lumpini is the large park between Silom, Sathorn and Ratchadamri in central Bangkok. MRT Lumphini and Si Lom stations sit at its corners and BTS Sala Daeng is a short walk away, so clients staying in Silom, Sathorn or along Ratchadamri can walk or take one stop. Most of the line-up is Thai music, so sell it as an evening of local culture and atmosphere rather than as a concert built around one star.
