What has been announced?
The GIFA Southeast Asia site gives 15 to 17 September 2027 in Halls 102 and 103 at BITEC in Bang Na, open from 10:00 to 18:00 on the first two days and until 17:00 on the last. The shows are held every two years. Entry is free for business and trade visitors who register, but visitor registration had not opened when we checked.
Who is it for?
GIFA covers foundry technology and castings, METEC metallurgy and metal production, and wire and Tube cover wire, cable and tube manufacturing. The visitors are engineers, plant managers and buyers from those industries, so most delegations will want supplier meetings booked before they land.
How does it fit with other September shows?
BITEC’s September is busy: Medical Fair Thailand 2027 takes the same venue a week earlier, on 8 to 10 September, and Fi Asia Thailand 2027 runs at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center on 1 to 3 September. Hotel blocks near Bang Na are worth securing early.
