What has been announced?
The organiser lists 1 to 3 September 2027 at QSNCC, open from 10:00 to 18:00 on the first two days and until 17:00 on the last. Japan's JETRO trade-fair database lists the same dates, describes the show as trade-only and held every two years, and reports 750 exhibitors and 23,750 visitors at the 2025 edition.

Fi Asia brings together suppliers of ingredients, flavours and food technology. It suits product developers, food manufacturers and buyers, who usually combine show days with meetings at Thai processors.
When is the best time to arrive?
