Horti and Agri Asia, the horticulture and agriculture trade show run by VNU Asia Pacific, is listed for BITEC in Bangkok from 19 to 21 May 2027. Explera DMC Thailand explains what agents planning delegations of growers, distributors and farm-technology buyers can arrange now, and why the dates still need reconfirming.
Explera handles ground arrangements as a Thailand DMC for travel agents. Its Thai company, Explera DMC Co., Ltd., holds TAT licence 14/05119, the Tourism Business Licence issued by the Department of Tourism, and the group is IATA TIDS-registered (96215733) and a member of ASTA (900408341). What has been announced for Horti and Agri Asia 2027?
The organiser’s homepage gives 19 to 21 May 2027 at BITEC, though some sections of the site still describe the March 2026 edition, held on 10 to 12 March. Until the whole site is updated, the May dates are best treated as provisional and checked again before flights are fixed. AGRITECHNICA ASIA is a different show; its next edition is in Vietnam in 2027.
Who is it for?
The site names growers and farm operators, dealers, distributors, importers and traders, and contractors among the visitors it targets. The organiser is VNU Exhibitions Asia Pacific Co., Ltd., which runs trade shows in Bangkok and the region.
Where should the group stay?
BITEC is on the eastern side of Bangkok, which keeps a hotel in Bang Na close to the halls and gives a head start on field days out towards the eastern provinces. For evenings in the city, the BTS Sukhumvit line runs from Bang Na straight into central Bangkok. Our Bangkok destination guide compares the areas around BITEC with the city centre, and our guide to INTERMACH 2027 at BITEC covers an industrial show in the same halls the week before.
How can a Thailand DMC help?
Agriculture delegations often want farm or greenhouse visits around the show, so a Thailand DMC should plan the field days first and fit the hotels around them. Next come a coach for the field days, an interpreter for supplier meetings and airport transfers, and our MICE team and group travel desk keep everything provisional until the organiser’s dates are confirmed.
Next steps
Use our contact page to send the headcount, the crops or technologies the group wants to see and the preferred dates. Within 24 hours the Thailand DMC trade desk comes back with a plan, and we recheck the show listing before any booking.
