Secutech Thailand 2026, Messe Frankfurt's security and safety fair, runs alongside the Thailand Smart City Expo at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center in Bangkok from 18 to 20 November 2026. Explera DMC Thailand sets up delegations of security, building-technology and city buyers who want both shows in one trip.
Explera handles ground arrangements as a Thailand DMC for travel agents. Its Thai company, Explera DMC Co., Ltd., holds TAT licence 14/05119, the Tourism Business Licence issued by the Department of Tourism, and the group is IATA TIDS-registered (96215733) and a member of ASTA (900408341). What is on at Secutech Thailand 2026?
Messe Frankfurt lists Secutech in Halls 3 and 4 of QSNCC, with about 11,600 square metres of space by its own estimate: video surveillance, access control, alarms and the software that sits behind a safe-city project. The Thailand Smart City Expo is co-located in the same halls. Its organiser, N.C.C. Management & Development, runs it with the Digital Economy Promotion Agency (depa) and describes this as the fifth edition. When we checked, the opening hours were still marked as to be confirmed, so confirm them before you print a programme.
Who should travel to Secutech Thailand 2026?
System integrators, distributors and installers of security hardware, facility and IT managers, and municipal or utility teams studying smart-city projects. The same week, METALEX runs at BITEC from 18 to 21 November, as our briefing on METALEX 2026 explains. That matters for hotel supply even if your group never goes near a machine tool.
How should agents plan the trip?
QSNCC is on Ratchadaphisek Road in Khlong Toei and has its own MRT station, so hotels along the MRT line and around Sukhumvit and Asok keep the daily transfer short. Three nights, 17 to 20 November, cover the three show days. It is high season, and two large trade fairs that week compete for the same business hotels. Our Bangkok guide covers the main hotel areas.
How can a Thailand DMC help?
Book beds before anything else, because METALEX and Secutech share the same week. If one block will not hold everyone, your Thailand DMC can split the group between Asok and Bang Na. After that, our MICE team handles meeting space and dinners and our transport desk covers airport runs and any day across town at BITEC. Everything else is on our Thailand DMC services page.

Frequently asked questions
When and where are Secutech Thailand 2026 and the Thailand Smart City Expo?
Both run from 18 to 20 November 2026 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC) in Bangkok, in Halls 3 and 4.
Who organises the two shows?
Secutech Thailand is a Messe Frankfurt fair. The Thailand Smart City Expo is organised by N.C.C. Management & Development with the Digital Economy Promotion Agency (depa).
Can a group fit in METALEX as well?
Yes. METALEX runs at BITEC in Bang Na from 18 to 21 November, so a split programme works: one day at BITEC, the rest at QSNCC, with a coach or the rail lines between the two.
How do delegates get to QSNCC?
The convention centre has its own MRT station, Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre, so most hotels on the MRT or BTS lines are a short ride away. For larger groups we add a coach.
