The Bangkok Ad & Sign Expo 2026 runs from 5 to 8 November in Halls 6 and 7 at IMPACT, Muang Thong Thani, alongside the Digital Textile Print and Pack & Label Expos. Explera DMC Thailand plans short trips for print buyers, sign makers and packaging converters covering all three.
Explera handles ground arrangements as a Thailand DMC for travel agents. Its Thai company, Explera DMC Co., Ltd., holds TAT licence 14/05119, the Tourism Business Licence issued by the Department of Tourism, and the group is IATA TIDS-registered (96215733) and a member of ASTA (900408341). What is the Bangkok Ad & Sign Expo 2026?
A trade show for the kit behind outdoor advertising: wide-format printers, inks and media, sign-making tools, LED displays and vehicle and building wraps. Grand Master Exhibition runs it together with two sister shows. The Digital Textile Print Expo covers fabric printing, screen printing for garments and sportswear, and embroidery machines; the Pack & Label Expo covers packaging, labels and the machines that print and finish them. TCEB puts the three together at about 10,000 square metres. IMPACT's calendar lists the halls open from 10:00 to 20:00 and entry as free; the organiser's sales kit closes the last day at 19:00, so plan 8 November as a short day.
Who gets the most from the three shows?
Print shop owners weighing a new wide-format line, sign and display companies, garment decorators looking at direct-to-fabric printing, and packaging buyers comparing label presses. One trip covers all three, which is the real argument for going: a client who runs signage and merchandise under one roof can see both sides of the business in a day. Buyers with a wider packaging brief should note ProPak Asia 2027, back at IMPACT next June.
How should agents plan the trip?
Four days of halls do not need four days of travel. Most buyers do two show days, arriving on 4 or 5 November, and the weekend days, 7 and 8 November, are the quieter ones for long talks with suppliers. Hotels near the venue suit an early start; our Nonthaburi guide covers the area around IMPACT. Bangkok is in high season from November, so hold rooms now rather than after the invitations arrive.
How can a Thailand DMC help?
Print buyers often add factory visits to the trip, and those need a driver who will wait. Ask your Thailand DMC to plan the transfers around the show hours and any supplier calls in the industrial estates east of Bangkok. Our transport desk handles airport runs and day vehicles, and the MICE team can book a meeting room if the group wants to brief suppliers away from the stands. The full list is on our Thailand DMC services page, and engineers coming back later in the month can join METALEX 2026 at BITEC.
