Explera exists to remove that gap. Our story

From one Bangkok desk to a nationwide ground operation.

Explera launched its Thailand B2B operation in 2022, built on a simple observation: agencies selling Thailand deserved a ground partner that thinks like an agency — net rates, honest inclusions, fast answers — rather than a retailer in disguise. We started from a single Bangkok operations desk with a handful of partner agencies in India and the Gulf.

The milestones since tell the story: operations desks opened in Phuket, Pattaya, Koh Samui and Chiang Mai; IATA accreditation (96215733) alongside our TAT licence; partner offices in Hong Kong and India; a trade platform published in nine languages; and a partner network that now spans 60+ source markets. Today Explera DMC Co., Ltd. operates from 110 MKY Building, Suriyawongse, Bangrak — and answers around the clock on Thai ground time.
