Architect’27, the annual building-technology exposition of the Association of Siamese Architects under Royal Patronage (ASA), runs at Challenger Hall, IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, from 27 April to 2 May 2027. Explera DMC Thailand explains what agents planning architecture and construction delegations can arrange now.

What has been announced?
The show’s official site gives 27 April to 2 May 2027 at Challenger Hall, IMPACT, open from 10:00 to 20:00. ASA organises it with TTF International. The organiser says the 2025 edition, the 37th, brought Thai and international brands into a 75,000-square-metre venue. Visitor pre-registration for 2027 had not opened when we checked.
Who is it for?
It is built for the building and construction trade: architects, interior designers, developers, contractors and the suppliers of materials and building systems. ASA describes it as the largest building-technology exposition in ASEAN, with expert-led conferences alongside the exhibition.
Where should the group stay?
IMPACT is in Nonthaburi, on Bangkok’s northern edge, and much closer to Don Mueang airport than to Suvarnabhumi. Six show days let a group split its time: a hotel at Muang Thong Thani keeps the hall a short transfer away, while a central Bangkok base suits groups that also want to see the city’s architecture.
How can a Thailand DMC help?
Architects usually want to see buildings as well as products. Around the show days, a Thailand DMC can plan guided walks through Bangkok’s older quarters and newer towers, arrange a private dinner and keep a coach on call at IMPACT. Rooms near Muang Thong Thani go first in show week, so we book early. The MICE team and group travel desk handle the details.
