in-cosmetics Asia 2026 runs at BITEC in Bangkok from 3 to 5 November. It is a trade-only show for personal care ingredients, held alongside COSMEX for manufacturing and packaging. What is in-cosmetics Asia 2026?
It is the Asian edition of RX's ingredients show for the cosmetics and personal care industry: suppliers of actives, emollients, fragrances and raw materials meeting the brands and contract manufacturers who formulate with them. Entry is for the trade only, with online registration. The 2025 edition reported 14,383 unique visitors, about 40% of them from outside Thailand, and preview coverage expects more than 700 exhibitors this year. New for 2026 are a Fragrance Zone and the show's first Fragrance Awards. COSMEX, the show alongside it, covers machinery, packaging and OEM/ODM manufacturing, so one trip covers both the formula and the factory side.
Who should travel, and how late is too late?
The people who get most out of the three days are R&D chemists, product developers, procurement managers and owners of smaller brands looking for a contract manufacturer. With the show a week away, this is not the moment to sell a new delegation. It is the moment to look after clients who have already registered and still need their ground arrangements. Hotels close to BITEC can fill during a big show, and the Sukhumvit side of the BTS line, a few stops from Bang Na station, is the usual fallback. If a client is only now deciding, the 2027 edition is often the better plan.
How do we handle ground arrangements for in-cosmetics Asia 2026?
We keep it simple: arrival transfers from Suvarnabhumi, the closer airport to Bang Na, a hotel on the BTS line, and a morning and evening shuttle once the group is bigger than one car. Many buyers add visits to contract manufacturers around Bangkok or on the Eastern Seaboard. We arrange the vehicle and the timing; the client fixes the appointments with their suppliers.
